Located at the South Entrance to Cairngorm National Park, a Short Drive to Royal Deeside & 6 Miles to Glenshee Ski Centre.
Directions
Travelling north, take the M6 to Carlisle then the M74 to the east of Glasgow. From here head for Stirling and Perth.
From Edinburgh head for the Forth Road Bridge and then follow signs for the M90 to Perth.
From Perth, take the A93 to Blairgowrie, then follow signs for Braemar and Glenshee Ski slopes. 18 miles north on the A93 turn off at the Spittal of Glenshee and look for our sign.
The closest major airport is Edinburgh (1 hour and 30 mins) and the nearest railway station is Pitlochry (45 mins) and then Perth (1 hour). Buses run to Blairgowrie (30 mins) and Braemar (20 mins to our north).

The Spittal of Glenshee webcam is located on the A93 just north of the Spittal of Glenshee and the Log Cabins, it shows the snow gates looking north to Glenshee Ski Centre. A handy reference for weather conditions at the log cabins and road conditions in the winter. WEBCAM LINK
Directions To Your Log Cabin:
At the Spittal of Glenshee, look for the Glenbeag Mountain Lodges sign on the roadside. Follow the track up hill then follow the next GML sign, left to the cabins. Benearb sits on the left hand driveway. Scotsview sits on the right hand driveway. On the main driveway, the first cabin is Clashmore, the second is Cragdhu and the third is Dalhuddal. There is winter parking near the roadside if required, at the bottom of the GML track.
