A deposit of 1/3 of the booking total is required upon booking, with the balance then payable one month before arrival. For any bookings made within one month of arrival, the full booking amount is required.
The cabin price does not include electricity. Electricity is read on a per meter basis and charged accordingly upon departure. Dogs are charged a nominal nightly fee of £2 per dog per night.
We are only 6 miles from Glenshee Ski Centre. Located at the Spittal of Glenshee just below the Spittal snow gate.
Ranging on individual usage and time of year, anywhere in the region of £4-£11 a day. The hot tubs stay on at all times and amount to an electricity running cost of £2-£4 a day (incl in the approx daily figure previous).
We accept dogs only. Sorry no cats. Dogs are welcome in Benearb and Clashmore.
Tesco in Blairgowrie (18 miles) is the nearest supermarket. There is a choice of supermarkets in Perth, 1 hour away. There is a small Co-Op in Braemar (15 miles). ASDA and Sainsburys do online grocery deliveries to the log cabins.
Wi -Fi is provided free and is accessed in each cabin by following instructions on arrival. Limited data and device usage, appropriate for browsing and emails. Not appropriate for streaming.

Yes all your linen is supplied. Beds are made for your arrival with a bath towel for each person. We do recommend packing a beach towel for using the hot tub and sauna regularly.
We have travel cots for use in the cabins, which are available upon request. We advise bringing your own cot linen.
PItlochry train station is 45 mins to our west and Perth train station is an hour to our south.
It is advisable to have a car during your stay at GML as we are quite rural with very limited public transport serving the Spittal of Glenshee.
The snow in Scotland and Glenshee is unpredictable. There have been years with snow from Dec to April. There have been years with just small patches.

The A93 to the Spittal of Glenshee is snowploughed and kept clear except for in extreme conditions. If in doubt travel behind a snowplough and phone us for a condition check. Link to a webcam at the Spittal of Glenshee Snow Gates.
We have a car park at the bottom of the drive. If the driveway is not manageable in wintery conditions we will assist you to take luggage to your cabin.
The cabins are all non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside, please dispose of butts in the bins provided.
The snow gates are located on the north side of the Spittal of Glenshee. Coming from the south and Blairgowrie is no problems, you will reach the cabins. Coming from the north, Braemar and over past Glenshee Ski Centre is the problem. Link to the Webcam at the Spittal of Glenshee Snow Gates.
Dalmunzie has a 9 hole golf course next door, then there are many courses around, including the famous Rosemount Course in Blairgowrie, also Braemar, Ballater, Pitlochry, Kirriemuir, numerous courses around Perth, check out the SGU course finder.
