• Summer Short Breaks - Short Breaks can be booked over non peak summer periods, or within two weeks of arrival during peak periods subject to availability. Phone for relevant prices.
• Pets - We welcome dogs only at £2 per night per dog in Clashmore and Benearb. Sorry no pets in Dalhuddal and Cragdhu.
• Electricity - Is charged at the current rate and is payable on departure by meter reading.

Booking Conditions

• Arrival and Departure - Arrival may be at any time after 4pm on the first day of your stay and departure before 10am on the last day of your stay.
• Booking & Payment - A 1/3 deposit is due on booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival. A booking can only be confirmed when the deposit payment has been received by Glenbeag Mountain Lodges (GML). Payment can be by credit/ debit card or cheque and all bookings are subject to the booking conditions detailed..
• Booking Cancellations - For any cancellation Glenbeag Mountain Lodges must be informed immediately. Unless re-let is obtained, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the let. In all cases the deposit is forfeit. For winter lets, there is no refund in the event of no snow.
• Insurance - We offer cancellation insurance which is recommended and will forward a form upon booking.
• Customer Responsibility - The customer is responsible for thecabin and its equipment during the period of the let. On vacating the customer is expected to leavethe cabin in a clean and tidy condition, a check list is provided in each cabin. Breakages and damage caused to the contents and premises will be charged and GML reserves the right to apply a damage and excess cleaning charge if necessary. Please note that no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects, nor accidents occurring on the premises.
